I started my first business in elementary school. I’ve never really stopped. For nearly 30 years, I’ve been building companies, launching products, and creating platforms that help financial institutions grow, compete, and serve their communities at a higher level.
Today, I’m the Founder and CEO of OMNICOMMANDER, the largest full-service digital marketing provider dedicated exclusively to banks and credit unions. In less than a decade, we’ve grown to serve more than 600 financial institutions worldwide, with teams in Florida, Tennessee and Bogotá, Colombia. It’s really not about scaling. It’s about impact.
Under our leadership, OMNICOMMANDER has earned three consecutive Inc. 5000 rankings and multiple Florida’s Best Companies to Work For honors. We’ve also been recognized by the U.S. Department of Labor with the Hire Vets Gold Medallion Award and by Google as a Veteran-Owned Business.
Vision > Operations
I’m not a one-lane person. Never have been. I’m a multipreneur. I don’t just build one thing and call it a career, but I chase the intersection of vision, passion, and opportunity across multiple industries at once.
My mind works in systems. I see the big picture first, then I obsess over building the road to get there. That’s led me into the financial industry, into executive coaching, and into real estate. Each one represents a problem worth solving and a challenge worth taking on.
One of the frameworks that fundamentally changed how I think about business is EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System). It gave language to something I’d always felt intuitively: that great companies don’t run on hustle alone, they run on clarity, structure, and alignment. I now bring that same philosophy to every venture I’m involved in.
Real estate is another arena where I’ve planted a serious flag. There’s something deeply satisfying about building long-term, tangible value. It’s a different kind of patience than a startup demands, and I’ve come to love that contrast.
At the end of the day, I believe visionaries shouldn’t have to choose just one arena. The same skill set that builds a company can build a portfolio, a brand, and a legacy. I’m proof that you don’t have to slow down to go wide.

Beyond Business
Husband. Father. Two beautiful girls who keep me grounded and make every adventure worth taking.
When I’m not working, I’m usually with my family. We travel as much as we can. There’s something about experiencing the world together that puts everything in perspective and reminds me why building something meaningful actually matters.
When I’m not building or traveling, I’m reading. We’re talking 50+ books a year — leadership, history, strategy, biographies. It’s not discipline so much as it is an addiction. I’m always chasing the next idea that challenges the way I think, because the moment you stop learning, you start falling behind. And I’m not wired to fall behind.
Sports are always on in my house. At the end of the day, I’m just a guy who loves his family, loves the game, and never wants to stop growing.
